Fiddlesticks began as a duo, in 1999 Karen and Jacko brought a bus and began touring NZ constantly. Mackenzie and George 7 and 9yrs at the time inevitably joined the band, now 8 years later still working together are working for Queensland Arts Council in Australia, working Festivals and Special Events
